# Team documentation

A team wiki keeps documentation, plans and decisions in one place. People read and discuss the pages; a connected agent, when asked, writes up outcomes and brings pages up to date.

Projects, decisions, plans and meeting notes each have their own place in the tree. When a plan changes, its page links to the decision behind the change. [Shared access](page:4390) keeps the wiki useful beyond one person's chat history.
