# Codex

## Add the MCP server

From a terminal:

```bash
codex mcp add wikilayer --url https://wikilayer.org/mcp
codex mcp login wikilayer
```

The first command stores the Wikilayer endpoint. The second opens browser authorization; sign in to Wikilayer and approve access. `codex mcp list` then shows whether the server is connected.
